Michael Chavez

Mr. Chavez supports leadership with internal operations and new business development. He also supports the management of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) program; an evolving international portfolio of approximately 80 projects. Mr. Chavez specializes in conducting detailed financial and compliance reviews for government clients. Additionally, he supports Ginnie Mae in the development of reports and presentations on foreign and domestic investment of the Agency’s Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS). His previous experience includes sales experience from Enterprise Rent-A-Car and retail district management experience with Aldi.

Mr. Chavez completed his M.S. in Commerce with a specialization in Marketing and Management, and his B.A. in Spanish, both at the University of Virginia.
