Sean Walker

Mr. Walker is the Office Administrator for Riley McGuire Partners, LLC (RMP). He supports the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) program post-transaction oversight within the VA Office of Asset Enterprise Management (OAEM) and project support across all business activities. Mr. Walker retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Medical Service Corps Health Administrator and Inspector General. His experience includes domestic and foreign contingency healthcare operations and regulatory compliance inspections. Additionally, he has worked as a Director of Health Administration and Youth Programs in support of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Emergency Intake Shelters (EIS) under the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) in providing care for Unaccompanied Children (UC) crossing the U.S. southern border. In the private sector, Mr. Walker has over a decade of experience operating an Early Childhood Development (ECE) center and serves on the board for Orphan Care Alliance, an organization dedicated to serving children and families in the foster care system.  

He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Strayer University (Herndon, VA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Indiana University Southeast (New Albany, IN) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
