Annie Nash

Ms. Nash supports executive leadership with external communications and internal operations.  Additionally, she specializes in providing analytical and compliance review services to government clients. Ms. Nash provides detailed financial and operational compliance reviews of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) program; an evolving international portfolio of approximately 80 projects. She also supports the coordination of a variety of real estate due diligence services needed to acquire and dispose of property for the VA. Ms. Nash’s previous experience includes marketing support and program assistance with a Louisville-based non-profit organization providing local refugee women with the tools and resources needed to become self-sufficient using a novel approach to microcredit.

She completed her B.S.B.A. in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Graduate Certificate in Managerial Analytics at the University of Louisville.
